Select the first day you would use the GPS Unit. e.g. the day of or before you leave on your trip. Because of limited weekend delivery options, the effective “Start Date” for your rental must fall on a weekday. We will allow for shipping time. We typically get the unit to you a day early, but the rental period does not start until the date you enter here.

Select the last day you would use the GPS Unit or the date you would drop it off at a UPS Store or UPS drop off location. UPS does not pickup on weekends, so the effective “Return Date” for your rental must fall on a weekday. E.g. the day you return from your trip. The rental period ends on the date the unit has been dropped off. You are not charged for shipping time.

We use UPS Ground as our default option because it is the cheapest. You will only be offered UPS Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day Shipping if you need it sooner than UPS Ground will permit.

Please Note:
A deposit of $95.00 will be authorized against your credit limit at the time the Unit(s) are shipped. This is not a charge, and will not show up on your credit card statement nor accrue interest charges. If the rented gear is timely returned in good condition, only the total rent and shipping cost reflected on checkout will be actually charged to your card. The deposit authorization will be released at the same time.
